Uriciplex uses Royal Mail and DPD as our main carriers. Any items which are purchased and weigh up to 1kg including packaging will be sent via Royal Mail. Any items which weigh over 1kg inclusive of all packaging will be sent via our courier DPD. DPD offer great new technology which allows us to track and trace your parcel every step along the way right from when the parcel is picked up here until it is signed for at your door.

Please ensure that someone is home to sign for the parcel (this can be you, a friend or family member) or arrange to have your delivery sent to your place of work;
Maybe you have a secure place at home that your parcel can be left i.e. in a coal bunker or garden shed. Or better still you may know of a neighbour who would be able to sign for the package.
